Will it affect our gameplay, build creation, gearing, class choices (in multiplayer mostly like Necro with Lower Resists Curse) Or will it almost eliminate them just like Diablo 3 did.Īre their any plans for poe style player housing? It doesn't draw people away from community multiplayer and brings another reason to play. In Diablo 3 only Juggernaut type of champion is immune to variety of effects such as stun or freeze, but never to core damage. This feature needs to come back to add more depth into the new game. But our enemy resistances were viable only in Diablo 1 and Diablo 2, while in Diablo 3 every enemy have no resistance against our element/physical/magic damage. Our heroes in previous Diablo games have element resistances which reduce enemy damage dealt to us, depending on type of weapon/element they use against us. With old Diablo 2 we actually were focused on those little (but still important) aspects of game mechanics, while Diablo 3 simply lack of depth in that matter, among all others. So its no difference if we are fighting undead, humans, or ghosts, which should be ethereal. Diablo 3 suffer due to lack of sense in having specific elemental damage, even on higher difficulties. How its gonna be with whole 'elemental/physical/magic' damage and resistances.
